What really sets them apart is their professionalism and conservative approach. Unlike some clinics in Thailand that aggressively push packages or try to stack treatments together, Metro Beauty simply provides expert advice, guidance, and honest information — while completely leaving the decision to the client. I’ve never once felt pressured into anything. The team is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely skilled. Communication is always excellent, and the doctors are always willing to answer questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. They also clearly place a strong emphasis on safety, treatment spacing, and long-term skin health rather than just selling more procedures. The quality of the products and technology they use is also exceptional, from Botox and skin boosters through to their RF microneedling devices. I’ll soon be starting a course of RF microneedling, and this is the only clinic I would personally trust to do it. Another thing I respect is that they do not appear to push clients for reviews or offer incentives for positive feedback, which unfortunately is something I’ve seen elsewhere. M S235 days agoI had such an amazing experience at metro beauty center in Bangkok. I messaged the manager on Whatsapp about 45 min before closing and they still agreed to see me that evening so I got there right away. I love love love how I can choose how many units of Botox I wanted (American tox). Other clinics sell by the bottle and even if it's cheaper than buying per unit I don't want to end up with 100 units of Botox on my face when I am used to getting 30-40 units. Doctor is very skilled and precise. They even have their assistant ice the area before they inject. This is a luxury clinic who knows what they are doing and not a Botox factory Injecting bottles of toxin when you don't need them. Yes it's more expensive than those budget clinics who sell by the bottle but this clinic is more precise and customized. Everyone spoke perfect English so I honestly felt like I was back in Canada. Alicia Rose553 days agoWhat an amazing team. As a foreigner, I am so glad I found them. I won't let anyone else, but Dr Tanatip (i think thats her name, if not im sorry) do my botox from here on out. She is amazing. Even tho i had a bit of an abnormal reaction, they kept calm and gave me some meds to help. Nothing bad, just some extra swelling from the skin booster but I'm loving the results already. Even tho I was a little scared at first they kept me comfortable. The staff at METRO Beauty Center was friendly, and the initial consultation felt professional. Based on the reviews, I had high expectations. During the consultation, I was recommended the most expensive laser, which was presented as the safest option – especially because it was supposed to avoid any risk of fat loss. However, during the actual treatment (this was over two years ago), the treatment plan was suddenly changed without further explanation. Fat was lasered near my upper eyelids, even though we had clearly discussed beforehand that the chosen laser would avoid this very risk. Unfortunately, this led to visible fat loss over the following months, resulting in a hollowed, aged appearance around my eyes. I didn’t really notice any positive effects from the treatment. แอลเอ็ม589 days agoI have been a patient of Dr Peeraya (JJ) for the past three years. Renaud and his team at The Metro Clinic are the utmost professionals and excel at what they do. This fact is indisputable. The level of care and advice both Renaud and Dr JJ covers all aesthetic aspects – and mental/emotional ones, as well. They are great at logically telling me what works, won’t work, what to look out for during the healing process, and putting ease into one’s mind the whole time. There was once I’d thought about getting nose filler / threads – Dr JJ immediately told me that it was not advisable in my case. There was another time when I injected tiny amounts of Juvederm into my smile lines and the filler took a couple of weeks to settle. It was a bit swollen at the beginning but I was guided through the process by Renaud, and the filler did settle beautifully at the end as I was told. Filler, after all, is a foreign body, so it will take some time for the final results to be fully apparent. I fully trust the team at The Metro Clinic, and the job they do goes above and beyond all services offered by other Bangkok clinics. See you on my next trip!Posted on Google

The manager Renaud kindly answered all questions in detail before and after the treatment and made sure to check in with me to ensure I'm happy with the results. I especially appreciate that he listens to my wishes and concerns and never pushes me to go for unnecessary procedures. All doctors speak good english and took time for proper consultation and made sure I was comfortable throughout treatment. Same here, no pressure. While in Bangkok, I wanted to give this facility a try because of their amazing reviews and try Nabota (similar to Botox). Two weeks later - my forehead and in between eyes look amazing. Super natural, but also, I love how my wrinkles are gone! I felt very taken care of at this facility with the staff and doctor. A very clean environment, very professional, and extremely thorough. I was also grateful for a follow-up message after my appointment. I will definitely recommend to family/friends and would love to visit again when I am back in Bangkok! I initially arrived in Bangkok for a five week tour of four countries, and made an appointment with Metro Beauty Clinic, but they were booked. However, I was able to secure the date before I was to return home to Honolulu,….. well, I have been to clinics from Miami Beach to Beverly Hills, and they cannot hold a candle to this facility. First of all, I was welcomed by the owner, Renaud, when I entered the door. He is a vision in white, polite, soft-spoken, and very interested in what my concerns are. Then I sat down with the doctor. JJ, and Renaud, and continued to further discuss many options. And then Dr. JJ went to work and did her magic. She’s a beautiful, graceful, funny, and skilled all at the same time. I will be returning to Metro Clinic in the spring for a couple more “tune-ups”. If you happen to be in Bangkok, visiting or living, and looking for the top of the line, attention to your aesthetic needs, look no further!Posted on Google

The customer service & professionalism experienced there was just outstanding. The doctor that attended to my 2 visits to firstly - Dissolve a superficial filler from another clinc & then to reduce my shadows & make both eye areas symmetrical was in my opinion the best I have ever experienced & so so very experienced. The staff, but most importantly herself & her assistant spent time, dedication & were attentive & scrupulous in achieving the desired results. Not just for myself, but for the professional standards that is quite obvious a bar that they maintain & are proud of. The place felt calm and relaxing, and the aromatherapy was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming. Initially, I was quite anxious, so after discussing my concerns and the desired procedure, the clinic provided excellent advice. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of service. The clinic is modern and conveniently located – just a short walk from the Phloen Chit BTS station. I decided to get filler injections. The filler packaging is verifiable; the nurse showed me the product and explained that I could scan it to check the FDA approval, which was a great feature. I will definitely be back again.

It's conveniently located near BTS Phloen Chit, exit 2, in the Park Venture building. Most of the clients are foreigners, giving it a very international feel. Dr. June and Mr. Renaud (the clinic manager) provided excellent advice and addressed my concerns. You can consult with the doctor free of charge beforehand, and if you're not available for the procedure on that day, you can schedule an appointment for a later date. The prices for the procedures are reasonable and affordable compared to other clinics. For my first visit, I decided to get Botox injections for wrinkles. I was very satisfied with the results; it's the best Botox I've ever had from other clinics. My facial expression wrinkles disappeared within two weeks. The nurses showed me the products and mixed the medication in front of me, allowing me to verify that the product was authentic and 100% FDA-approved in Thailand. From the excellent correspondence from Renaud with me in Australia before I visited Bangkok , to the UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING work by Dr Peeraya. I had quite a lot of facial threads, Botox and Ultherapy to treat both my face and neck and the results were FABULOUS! I HIGHLY recommend these guys and wish I was close enough to visit with them regularly for my treatments in the future. Renaud brought a weath of knowledge to the table. He provided me with a variety of options and possibly solutions congruent to my particular situation. In addition, he was constantly checking on me throughout my procedure. Then after my procedure Renaud personalized a contingency plan unique for me that continues too improve my looks everyday. Dr Peeraya was equally a queen of hearts, very kind and knowledgeable of the procedure we choose together. I was very comfortable knowing I was in the best of hand's; and it was comforting knowing my doctor valued my opinion. She constantly kept me abreast of everything and allowed my input. Tried face thread lift and neck Ultheraphy here, its been 3 weeks now, love the result so much, dr JJ doing her art on my face, she is very beautiful and honest. RENAUD the international care manager, also giving me the detail and usefull info and suggestion for what i really need for my face and neck. I can feel they work with heart, will not suggest anything that we dont need. They also charge a reasonable price with five stars results. The office is easy to get to on the BTS, the staff all speak perfect English and Renaud is prompt with his communication in setting up appointments, checking on you after your procedures. I had Botox and Dermal Fillers at a fraction of the price of what it would be here in the US. I had Dr. "Jojo" and her nurse and assistant work on me for 2 hours and her work is highly skilled. It is an art as well as a science and the work they do is very good and professional. I came home to my husband telling me that I look beautiful. I can't recommend this clinic enough. To my surprise, I received a prompt response from Renaud. It took several emails back and forth before I actually made the appointment because I asked so many questions. I had never had any treatments in the past and researching and reading reviews online can be overwhelming plus I tend to be a bit skeptical sometimes. To his credit, Renaud patiently answered all of my questions and his courteous and kind demeanor made me feel more at ease with my decision. When I showed up for my appointment the staff was friendly and professional. Renaud explained the treatment again and answered more of my questions. The doctors were gentle and I was super pleased with the end result. I definitely looked better and the results lasted the maximum time (6 months) which I was really happy about. I just went back again for another treatment in December of 2022. Again I’m pleased. I hope it last as long as the first time. I genuinely feel it was money well invested in myself. First of all, they give you professional advice and not forcing you or hard sell anything. The doctors are very professional, patiently answered all my questions and explained everything before every steps. I felt safe and comfortable, I had1ml filler under my eye area and full face Ultherapy. It’s only been 5 days, I can already see my skin texture had improved, draw-line lifted, excited to see a better result after two weeks! Secondly, the clinic is clean and comfortable. The staff there, from the reception to assistants, are just so polite, helpful and caring. The lady massaged me when I was really nervous about the Ultherapy. The gentleman helped me to communicate with my hotel regarding the late check-out and walked me outside to the pharmacy for my cream. He even helped me to get the taxi, made sure I don’t pay extra. They really went beyond and above! Plus note, the location is very convenient, connects to the metro. And If you choose to stay in rosewood hotel, it’s literally across the road. It’s been 1 1/2 months only and I can see tightening of my skin and my skin complexion has improved greatly. Also had Stem Cell treatments. I recommend this clinic 100%. I was fortunate enough to make the right decision 3 years ago to put my faith in the hands of Mr. Renaud and his skilful team. From the moment I walked in, Renaud put me at ease and went over the different procedures which looked appropriate in my case. Everything was explained in a very clear manner in regard to prices and what to expect, and this without any upselling. I was treated by Dr. Achita, who's extremely skilled, and 40 minutes later I walked out with a big smile on my face. Really beyond expectations! This week I was in Bangkok and paid Renaud and his team another visit. Apart from some fillers under my eyes, Dr Achita advised me to have Juvederm Volux fillers to enhance my cheekbones. The Doctor is extremely skilled, the manager Renaud is highly knowledgeable, never pushy and will only advice you for the best. They both form an excellent team and work in a very conservative way which is something we really appreciate. Accompanied by my wife and young daughter, we went to the clinic in February 2022 for Botox injections, mesotherapy (a cosmetic revitalizer), and a HIFU session (300). The appointment was quick, there was no waiting, and it was a truly blissful experience. Not only are the products of superior quality, but above all, I loved the kindness, gentleness, professionalism, skill, and technical expertise of Dr. Achita Sinanunwanich, who, along with Renaud, took the time to explain the protocol and how the session would unfold. A true delight, especially for someone like me who isn't very brave around needles and was about to undergo ultrasound for the first time. Honestly, I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Achita's gentleness, delicacy, and professionalism, not to mention the attentive care she provided, were truly remarkable. The results are visible after almost four hours and continue to improve over the following weeks, reaching their peak approximately three months after the session. A relaxing interlude that resulted in pure bliss. The staff is welcoming and caring; the therapists take the time to listen to us, understand our needs, and reassure us during the treatments. Thank you to Renaud for his advice, for making us feel so comfortable, and thank you for my treatments. I feel like I've aged 10 years! 😂 Thank you also for your kindness. I highly recommend them! I've already booked an appointment for the end of the year to repeat the experience, which will quickly become a beauty ritual! Oh yes, I almost forgot, and this is very important: the "FOLLOW-UP." I've never had such follow-up (honestly). I was liaising with Renaud for months leading up to the actual day itself, he was always patient and very helpful in answering my queries. The doctor is very skillful and i felt little to no pain as compared to my previous experience having it done at another place. They also provided me with various medication and after care products and Renaud has been following up with me even though its been more than a week since i did it. Doctors were professional. My biggest thanks goes to Renaud! He is such a caring professional and he gave such good advise. He made me feel safe and in good hands.
