The Metro Clinic in Bangkok is hands down the place where I always go for my Botox treatment, and it is definitely the very best Botox in Bangkok. I first came to The Metro Clinic with one of my friends who had numerous treatments there with great results and a high level of satisfaction, so I finally let myself be tempted into doing Botox for the very first time, and I have been a regular customer since then. The clinic is beautiful, extremely clean, and offers direct access to BTS Phloen Chit, which makes every visit incredibly convenient. After my boyfriend started coming here for his Botox, I finally decided to give it a try, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Turning 50, I was dealing with volume loss in my upper cheeks and a hyperactive frontalis muscle that was pulling one eyebrow way higher than the other, making my expressions look uneven. Fillers were beautifully injected into my upper cheeks, under-eyes, and nasolabial folds, easily making me look 10 years younger while keeping everything completely natural, and my eyebrows are now perfectly aligned, something I genuinely thought was impossible to fix. Dr Peeraya is amazing; she really takes her time to explain every detail, never rushes, and is never pushy. The clinic itself is spotless, pristine, and extremely professional. I had Botox done by Dr.Peeraya. I spent a long time looking for a clinic and was quite nervous, but the result turned out even better than I expected!

What I particularly liked was that the doctor carefully examined me and took my specific features; she didn't rush at all and made sure to clarify exactly what I wanted.

Dr. Peeraya herself looks wonderful well-groomed and natural - which was also a good sign for me.

Tout s'est très bien passé, prise en charge rapide, accueil très courtois et Arnaud parle français ce qui dans mon cas a été un gros plus. Ils sont très professionnels
Le résultat a même surpassé mes attentes.

Après des échanges par whatsapp avant mon voyage à Bangkok, je me suis rendu à la clinique. L’accueil, le conseil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme ont confirmé mon sentiment lors des échanges par whatsapp. On ne vous pousse pas à injecter de fortes doses de botox (comme dans certains échanges avec d’autres cliniques qui ne pensaient qu’à vendre sans écouter mon besoin). Après deux semaines j’ai reçu un message de Renaud d’Hercourt pour s’assurer que tout allait bien. I had a fantastic experience with Metro Beauty Centers. I did a lot of research before travelling to find a place suitable for men anf i am happy i chose Metro. We communicated over WhatsApp before my arrival in Thailand and discussed treatments and everything was smooth and professional.
The clinic is very clean and upscale and everyone was extremely helpful.
I had an excellent experience and enjoyed my treatments and my doctors were really good. Excellent place for men and women and the prices are very reasonable and value for money is high. I’ve been getting treatments done at Metro Beauty for around two years now, including Botox, skin boosters (Rejuran), and PRF under-eye therapy, and I can honestly say this clinic is outstanding.

What really sets them apart is their professionalism and conservative approach. Unlike some clinics in Thailand that aggressively push packages or try to stack treatments together, Metro Beauty simply provides expert advice, guidance, and honest information — while completely leaving the decision to the client. I’ve never once felt pressured into anything.

The team is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely skilled. Communication is always excellent, and the doctors are always willing to answer questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. They also clearly place a strong emphasis on safety, treatment spacing, and long-term skin health rather than just selling more procedures.

The quality of the products and technology they use is also exceptional, from Botox and skin boosters through to their RF microneedling devices. I’ll soon be starting a course of RF microneedling, and this is the only clinic I would personally trust to do it.

Another thing I respect is that they do not appear to push clients for reviews or offer incentives for positive feedback, which unfortunately is something I’ve seen elsewhere. The strong reputation they’ve built genuinely seems earned through consistent quality and professionalism.

I had such an amazing experience at metro beauty center in Bangkok. I messaged the manager on Whatsapp about 45 min before closing and they still agreed to see me that evening so I got there right away. I love love love how I can choose how many units of Botox I wanted (American tox). Other clinics sell by the bottle and even if it's cheaper than buying per unit I don't want to end up with 100 units of Botox on my face when I am used to getting 30-40 units. Doctor is very skilled and precise. They even have their assistant ice the area before they inject. This is a luxury clinic who knows what they are doing and not a Botox factory Injecting bottles of toxin when you don't need them. Yes it's more expensive than those budget clinics who sell by the bottle but this clinic is more precise and customized. Everyone spoke perfect English so I honestly felt like I was back in Canada. I’m absolutely grateful to the doctor. After visiting several clinics, she gave me the clearest and most concise explanation of the procedure I was looking for, more than anyone else I had spoken to. If it weren’t for her, I would have ended up in a disaster. Other clinicians would have gone ahead regardless, and I would have looked terrible for an important event I had in just five days. You genuinely feel treated as a guest, not just a customer.

The whole team is very patient and reassuring during cleaning and massage pre treatment. Renaud carefully answers any questions you have and never did he "push" on any treatment/products, and Dr. Peeraya executed the HIFU procedure in a truly textbook manner with precision and power, leaving nothing to chance
